EZRA Establishes Distinguished Science Board to Elevate Digital Coaching and Learning
A team of world-renowned experts unite to bridge academic research with practical application to drive more transformative outcomes in coaching and professional development
NEW YORK, January 31, 2024 — EZRA, the digital coaching arm of LHH, has today announced the launch of its Science Board – an interdisciplinary team of experts that will play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring academic rigor and advancing the scientific foundation of EZRA.
EZRA’s Science Board comprises of world-renowned academics in their respective fields spanning applied statistics, behavioral science, coaching, communication science, economics, human capital analytics, leadership and wellbeing. Together, they will provide counsel on EZRA’s strategy, innovation and thought leadership as the company continues to transform individual and organizational performance through one-to-one professional coaching and development.
