So how do your people become coaches?
Are you at the start of your coaching journey? You will receive half the training and mentor hours you need to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). To become fully accredited, you simply need to complete part of the training at a later time.
What’s included:
• 30 coach-specific training hours
• Five hours of mentoring by an ICF-certified mentor
• A review and approval of one recording
• Coaching practice and skills to apply immediately
• Small group mentor coaching
• Ethics education

As well as the high-level, professional training we’re known for, EZRA Academy graduates will also receive:

with social channels and like-minded people in Communicates of Practice.
One-on-one access
to EZRA Academy Mentor Coaches and Coach Supervisors.

We’re ICF accredited for Level 1 and Level 2 coach development
