EZRA goals chosen by participants are now reflected as ‘Skills’ within Degreed, aligning with its rating system to create a unified learning experience that tracks and acknowledges personal development.
Certification of Achievement When participants complete their EZRA Measure, they receive a certificate that automatically appears as an achievement in Degreed, providing formal recognition and validating their progress.
