Welcoming Jay Moore and Melanie Steinbach to EZRA’s Advisory Board
We’re delighted to welcome two exceptional leaders to EZRA’s Advisory Board: Jay Moore, former CLO at GE, and Melanie Steinbach, former CPO at McDonald’s USA, MasterClass, Cameo & Milliken. Their experience building capability and culture at enterprise scale will help us push learning and development further, faster.
At EZRA, we formed our Advisory Board to bring seasoned leadership perspective closer to our work, so we keep translating insight into action for clients. “Jay and Melanie have built capability and culture at real scale. They join a board that includes Anna Filipopoulos (Former CHRO, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts), Jim Reid (Former CHRO, Rogers Communications), Dr. Karie Willyerd (Former CLO, Visa), and Michael Ohata (Former CLO, KPMG).
Jay Moore, former Chief Learning Officer at GE and now an enterprise learning strategist and executive coach, has spent his career building leaders and the systems that help them thrive. As Jay puts it, “Leaders set the culture and the conversation. Give people permission to test, learn, fail, and share openly—that single habit can unlock performance across an organization.”
Melanie Steinbach, former Chief People Officer at McDonald’s USA, MasterClass, Cameo & Milliken and a people & culture transformation leader and public speaker, has guided people strategies through high growth and change. In her words, “Leadership is both deeply human and sharply strategic. By coaching for clarity and growth, you create the safety and the stretch people need to do the best work of their careers."
Their counsel will strengthen how we support customers and inform the evolution of EZRA’s learning and development solutions, keeping us close to real-world challenges while we continue to build experiences that deliver measurable behavior change and performance. You’ll see Jay and Melanie across upcoming EZRA events, research, and content, sharing practical wisdom on leadership, culture, and performance.
