Helping Nestlé’s leaders get to grips with hybrid work
After the pandemic hit in 2020, Nestlé came to Ezra to help their high potential leaders navigate a new - remote working - world. They were looking to tap into coaching to help their leaders figure out how best to support their teams and how to approach work in a virtual environment.
Together with Nestlé, we designed coaching programmes for different cohorts to help people:
head up hybrid teams
lead through change
manage crises
develop resilience
beat burnout
think strategically.
Then we rolled it all out for 170 managers and directors – people based in manufacturing plants, head office or their own homes.

With coaching, Nestlé’s leaders feel more confident amid all this change – participants are more engaged, motivated and inspired. In fact, 80% say coaching has helped them get significantly better at their work, and 100% would recommend Ezra to someone else.
